Back to my old OC redraws for 2021! This is Sollice Valadi, an edgy edgelord villain character and one of my oldest characters, around since 2008. He basically has the power to summon gross black inky tendrils from his body, which he'll wield like whips. He's a top agent of Angelus Tech, but also leads a double identity as "Nelo", the anonymous leader of Haven, a splinter group made up of former Angelus Tech human experiment subjects. On the surface, Haven acts as a benevolent organization that aims to shelter and help Angelus fugitives to safety, but within Haven's higher ranks is a Magneto-like superiority complex. Sollice/Nelo believes that his scientifically superpowered kin are the future of humanity, who's potential shouldn't be shackled by the chains of a PMC like Angelus using them for mere grunt work.

That ambition, however, is simply what he tells his followers. Sollice's true intentions are much more personal--he is the perfected version of an older Angelus experiment who sported similar powers to him. That prototype was his sister, and she died due to her powers eventually becoming unstable. The only thing Sollice seeks is the utter destruction of Angelus Tech at any cost.
