He's not based after a goat. He is fawn of colour, sports a short, white-bottomed tail, and had a pair of still growing antlers. Deer, not goat.

I know he's not based after goat, because the ram potion combined with the fawn coat shortens the tail to more deer-like dimensions, but it was his shortened face, the facial blaze, and longer hair that made my tired mind see 'goat'. The goats I see most often look like this [link] so his blaze is only a little bit lower.
I didn't mean to be offensive. I see a lot of goat influence in ram-potioned Nordies.
