It's been ages since I uploaded anything (maybe not ages.. seems like it though). Been in a bit of an inspirational slump, haven't done a vector piece for ages so here one is! Ai Otsuka, a great j-pop singer.SMILY! v ^_^ v
EDIT - Edited the picture cos I noticed a tiny detail I'd left out. It's still missing from the other version of this vector, but.. never mind.

Good brown shades on the body and
the black areas are in goods spots; they dont
stick out at all, real natural. The hair have some good
highlights on them.

Hmmm... I wish the gradient in the background were smoother (you know, free from those concentric rings of solid tones) but this is beautiful nonetheless.

Yeah I know, that's always the problem with doing gradients.. unfortunately by the time I finish a vector I'm never in the mood for spending a long time on the background.

No, I used Paint Shop Pro 7. I don't have much vector experience, I'm guessing PSP has pretty basic capabilities compared to other programs but it does the job for me
