I adored Super Punch-Out - to this day, i still think it's better than the Wii remake. Nick was one of the fighters i really liked - Rick was fierce, but Nick is just straight-out mental. He looks like he's winded pretty bad, but even now he's trying to process the muscle processes for collapsing your face in a way that can't be fixed with surgery.

I didn't know there was a Super Punch-Out. Then again I spent my SNES time with with Super Mario RPG, Super Mario World, Kirby Super Star, and LoZ: Link to the Past...along with this one weird game my brother rented involving giant mechas that you had to use the Super Scope for. Goooood times ^.^
