NO, I havn't gone crazy XD After speaking with the author we decided it would be easier to have the Chapters in RAR form and downloadable from here-- and not only that, but edited, so now all the japanese words have been replaced with english (except the (san/Chan/Sensei/neechan and Naruto's *Dattebayo and Tebayo* <----- those HAVE to stay!)lol
added screentones and everything too, Im telling you, I think I know what it feels like when DVDS are re-released as special editions!! 
All chapters will be released this way too, just needs more time!

hmm, first make sure each page isn't too big, so that way when they are all in the same folder they won't be 9 mb or something
after that you can post it here! But it will ask for a preview picture after you try to upload it..so have the chapter's cover ready for that, and things should be ok.. I hope that helped
