Amnesia wiki says he has green eyes. Looking at pictures (and I had multiple references) he also has green eyes. I know that his eye are more turquoise in some pictures so it seems that they are blue so I can understand that you say his eyes are blue but I guess the commissioner would have told me if he had blue eyes. Sorry for that
