a friend of mine Kim commissioned me to make an artwork with him as Zeus the King of the Gods...so here it is...

This is really a personal opinion but since he's holding a bolt (Zeus bolt above all) which happen to be blue-ish, I think that the color blue sould be a more dominant in the left part of this picture at least. I mean, i like the attention to details in the background but the fact that it's yellow-ish light is more dominant seem to undermined Zeus power to my eyes. A blue-ish light should be reflect on the floor, on the vase, on the leaves, and partialy on your friend Kim face, body, cloths, trone and its leaves that are on top left of it. Then again that's my opinion.

Actually, I thought it was cool from the start that you made Zeus Asian. Somehow, it works well. I think it's the number of Asian storm gods I know about, and how strong his face is.

I like it! He has a very regal countenance, and this is a great pose! I like the background, all of the small details I find quite interesting and two different colored flocks of birds make an interesting contrast, I think. Overall, this artwork is great!

Very nice! Love the colours. My only criticism would be that the details of his face could be sharpened a little, so the face is more in focus - I think a glint in his eyes would add some realism too
