Anyway Iv had this idea sitting around for a while.

its already canon that Sandy's dream spirit powers get stronger when shes asleep or zoning out. because dream spirits normally don't have a physical form ,but sandy is half human , hence she does, and that means she cant use her full abilities.
but what happens when she has a lucid dream? a 1 in 100 chance dream?
well this is what happens, shes technically still asleep ,but able to control her full abilities and move outsite of the dream. however ,to stop this being too OP ,when this unusual thing happens, she is a very light sleeper and would be woken up by any instance of the outside world , so if her friends talked to her or walked in the room , she'd loose those powers again.
