Description Umm... yeah. A comic.

Normal people always relate to the popular 'Abra Kedabra' magic words... but the author JK Rowling had it turned to 'Avada Kedavra' - a fatal killing curse.

That's awful, but funny.

Did you notice the words in that curse? Aside from sounding like abrakadabra (Which, ironically, is a disease and demon warding spell) the second word in the curse is similar the the word "cadaver", which is a term for "dead body"

Actually, Abra Kadabra came from Avada Kedavra, which means 'let it be gone'. Shamans said it while dispelling spirits.

It did? I didn't know that. Because as far as I remember, the words 'Abra Kedabra' existed long before JK Rowling started her books.

Yeah, it was on some kind of interview or whatever that she used the root of it, it was from like african shamen or something. I'd have to look for it, but Abra Kedabra is a conversion of the other one, she just used the original root for her books. A friend of mine is totally obsessed beyond all reason with harry potter. I get lots of facts from her.

OK, did you also know that in the books/movies, it's said that those who use any/all of the 3 curses ge life in Azkaban prison? Looks like Ron is next. "Don't worry, Ron, I'll tke *REAL GOOD* care of KP!"
