Yes, looks very good, it completes the scene, and the see though umbrella is a brilliant idea to avoid blocking the background scene. Also the wind blowing her hair and dress forward puts a great dynamic feel and brings the piece to life. I'd say that you have made a great progress with drawing cloths as well, and with drawing skills generally, i made a quick comparison between a similar work that you had drawn in April 2014 and i have to say that i'm impressed.
