it was ALOT of work with PP, lemme tell ya

I scanned in all my pictures and backrounds...inserted them as pictures, and ...and...I have no idea how to explain what i did

but i ended up ROYALLY screwed...the powerpoint i had was the newest one...the computers at my school had an older version of pp...so some of the effects got totally screwed! So! there was only one computer in the entire school that matched powepoints...so i had to actually record it using a video camera from the video lab and it looked terrible and sound was hard to hear...

all that time and effort...wasted...

but eh, I got an A on it anyway

and yes hehe...Jason and the argonauts is greek mytholgy! no tomatos of doom for you

oohhhhhh....that way (and I'm already happy if my images in PP show at the right place *lol*). We had the same probs at my college, but fortunately someone had a notebook with the new PowerP. And to think this is a "media college", grrr..
*lol* you say wasted and got an A?? aaah, right it wasn't A+. But yes, technology is evil...and I still wonder how you made your firgures move in PP which only has such lovely animations like "fading", "typewriter", "turn"...*g*.

yay! *lol* I love (Greek) mythology, but don't know too much about the semi-divine&human heroes (except Odysseus hm...), yet am reading the Iliad now .

oh i'm not complaining i got the A lol...I'm just mad no one got to see it in its full glory!
if you look deep in in the depths of PP there are these special "paths" option....where you can draw a line, circle, hexagon...and the picture will follw the course you made...

like i just made a straight line going across the screen and inserted a little dinky ship i made with an ocean backround...looked like it was sailing across the ocean

Ooo, the Iiliad, read that during the summer for my ex-college...had to do a big paper on it >< bagh

my all time hero was heracles/hercules...and not that disney dork, the REAL macho son of b*tch who could kill a man with a mere flick of his finger
although...the stories i read from him came from a childrens greek mythology book...so i probably got the "watered down, don't mention anything sexually explicit" version

aaahaaaa (heureka ). I probably never played long enough with PP as it always reminded me of presentations (now, how did I get that idea, huh )...
oy, hopefully you didn't have to read a 1700s version of the Illiad... I got one and one has to concentrate so much in oder to understand it
oh, Hercules...why? because of his strength? (*lol* reminds me of the movie "Asterix conquers Rome" where they give a summary of Hercules tasks ...and of that Greek soccer-trainer (a German) whom they now call "Rehakles" :rolleyes (and yes, probably you missed all the good scenes with that children's book )
Did you study Literature or Greek at your ex-college?

Actually, asides from the Iliad, i didn;t do any greek study or anything there, I was bif into greek mythology when i was like, in elementry school...man, I knew EVERYTHING about greek mythology back then, I read all the stories, different books...
