This is currently a CLOSED species.Ah yes, my very own DeviantART Original Species to call my own.Β
It's just a species I had in my head for a while and I thought it'd be cool to get it down on paper and see if anyone likes them!!
If people show interest in them, I may open them/make adoptables/etc. So yEA H if any of you think they're cool or are interested in them let me know, I tried to keep the ref short and sweet but i am REALLY BAD AT THAT (there's a lot more to them i didn't write down as well I kind of get super elaborate with things if u haven't noticed).

this is really cool! the stealing wax motif makes me think that with that they could almost live forever if they wanted to... ;D

yeah, candle demons definitely live for a long time!! their real lifeline is their wick though, and as they grow older the wick burns down/gets weaker. Once the wick gets too old/short the flames are extinguished and the demon dies.Β
but having extra wax helps PROTECT THEM (and sometimes they steal wick too, but it's really hard to do cause that shit is hard to cut :/ )
