Since SW:TOR is a fun game and every class has a different storyline to follow, it's probably not a big surprise that I created another character for this game already. My next choice after Smuggler was a Jedi Consular - and so far I'm really liking the experience. I don't know if it's because of the Force powers or what, but it seems that I'm actually having a bit easier time playing as a Jedi compared to the Smuggler. I noticed that on Coruscant my twi'lek Smuggler/Scoundrel and her companion got knocked cold every five minutes while my Jedi here and her Trendoshian friend practically waltzed through guild and gang members, justicars and various collection of beasts. Or maybe it's just my sneaky strategy that needs improving...
Anyway, it's fun to have two characters with different strengths and approaches to situations.So, here is Avaleah Astralis, my Consular (Jedi Sage later on) as a Padawan in Tython, in the beginning of her story. She's pro-Republic, Light Side, healer and all sorts of other goody things - all in all, I've enjoyed adventuring with her.

Thanks a lot! My boyfriend plays as a Jedi Shadow whenever we team up so I'm pretty familiar with that playstyle, too. Sneak attacks are always good, but I think healing works a bit better for this lass here...

its cus you're a dps mage that has a tank companion, and you really can solo all the 2h's in corruscant because of that. Just lift and poof.

She looks very cute, I like her haircut also! Jedi consular adventure looks funny. My sister is doing it. I just wonder if, as in the rpg (pen and paper) you could do later some kinetic combat, it is very funny.

I really enjoyed the Consular/Sage/Lightside path. There are a couple of interesting moral dilemmas along the way, and I earned a few Dark points chafing at the Jedi Code - but that was fun too

I always kind of loved the simple padawan robes for the Consular. You did a great job with the flow of them, that the game mechanics don't allow.

Lovely drawing! I especially like the detail on the grass! Never tried a Consular myself but may give it a shot soon. Will stick with my Sith Warrior and Trooper for the time being.

So, you seem to have a certain affinity for good and protection. Well, that'll hopefully make things easier when you settle down, and your boyfriend (hopefully) becomes your husband.

True. But we see that so much in fiction, that there are some people that start to ask "Hey, what if I don't WANT to be the good guy? What if I DO want to see the light fade away, and become the ultimate Harbinger of Doom?! Hahaha... HAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!!!"
...Of course, if I had ever played the original SW:TOR, my stubborn pride would take over and say, "Alright, I might be the Revan; but I'm still in charge of my fate, and I'm still taking you down one way or another!" I guess we see so much injustice in the real world that we tend to gravitate more towards the light in fiction. But there are a few twisted minds out there (at least in video games), and it can be pretty apparent at times that while they may not like in real life, they'd take the dark side over anything else when given the choice.

Personally I've never been able to really get into the Consular storyline, I preferred the Trooper and Jedi Knight for the Republic. I do agree with you that things seem easier as a Force user than they do for the non-Force sensitive classes.

I guess I ended up trying the Consular storyline before Jedi Knight because in KotOR it was such a close draw between Consular and Sentinel for me. My Revan ended up being the latter one, so I figured I might try the other this time. I'm still quite in the beginning of the story (just left Coruscant) but I kind of like the whole healer aspect - it suits this character at least, her being Sage and all...

I recommend getting your Smuggler or Consular to level 50 first, the Legacy benefits are very handy when it comes to leveling.

Tython? Does that mean you have a Force-enhanced Katana instead of a Lightsaber? Those were the original weapons of the Tythonian knights before they got all high-tech and stuff.

She's gorgeous. I totally want to team her up with my sith pureblood J-Knight. I was able to get up to level 14/15 so we can team up now.
