I bet the only time he bathes is to decontaminate...as a matter of fact in the Hojo/Lucrecia date scene at Gold Saucer Hojo explains to the ticket girl at the gondolas that he never takes his lab coat off, and the ticket girl says "I hope you don't do the same with your underwear" doubtful...
