she's gorgeous. I don't care about the context of her becoming sailor earth, since it's all a work of fiction anyways lol but to me it sounds pretty legitimate. I love that she more closely resembles the scouts from the tv show than any other fanart's i've seen. congrats on her!
p.s. i, as a brunette, think her hair should be brown! the color of the planet's dirt!! or maybe a reddish brown!! ooooooooh lol

Anyway, The color scheme is better then most I've seen but, the shape of her head is not right. The top of her head is too flat.

Besides, don't you think it sounds better with the planetary name, rather than its "elemental" nickname?
But, how can she become Sailor Terra/Earth, if she's the daughter of Usagi's sweet little brother?
I always thought that, if Shingo would join the Sailor Senshi, then it would've been Mamoru's powers as the Moonlight Knight that would he gain, through a "power transfer".
Seems like you prefer the idea of Mamoru's duty as the "Keeper" of the Golden Crystal, along with the possible elemental powers, based on the planetary magic of Terra, being transferred over to Shingo, instead.
