I just HAD to do this...There was a Base of this somewhere on Dev... But I decided to do it from scratch... So...
So... Here is the order...
1st Alice: England
2nd Alice: France
3rd Alice: Sealand
4th Alice: US/Canada

The reason why I used England was only because I was doing a Alice Human Sacrifice of my favorete 'family' like group... seeing how all of them are related in some way... England and France's rivalry... France and England raised America/Canada (well france didnt raise America... but) and sealand being related to England to... and America/Canada being twins...

...and England also kinda fit becaused of the British Empire thing? (Im not sure how historically correct that is...)
NOW. if I really wanted to get historically correct I'd use Rome as the first Alice (Roman Empire) Germany as the second (because we all know that Germany's Boss in WWII basicly used his voice to rise to power and ended up shooting himself) France being the third (because of Napoleian... though I am not sure how historically correct that is...) and Holy roman empire/Chibitalia as the fourth (because the Holy Roman Empire was trying to recreate the Roman empire but didnt succeed -and Chibitalia b/c he didnt want to join HRE-)
You know it'd be fun (and EPIC) to actually make a Alice Human Sacrifice of Hetalia that was Historically correct AND in Choronological order event wise... because the one listed above technically isnt in Choronological order...

The base this picture was based on was for a Vocaloid song called Alice Human Sacrifice. (The characters here are not the real characters in the song).
In which a dream feared it would be forgotten. So it brought the four "Alices".
The first (Meiko) was a murderer, she was captured and imprisoned
The second (Kaito) sang dark and twisted melodies, he was eventually shot by a madman.
The third (Miku) was loved by all the people
