Case Information:

When in a manic state, increase in energy and sexual drive, decrease need in sleep. Tries to find someone to violate… (Note, keep in isolation to avoid) Becomes more irritable. In depressive phase, main feelings showed: sadness, anxiety, anger, guilt. Loss of interest in sexual activity, morbid suicidal thoughts, irritability and chronic pain(with or without known causes).

Mixed state causes all the above to be the most dangerous period of mood disorder.

History:

Zachary lived in a violent household, his father an abusive alcoholic and his mother just an emotional wreck.

Zack use to get beaten up by his father, trying to protect his mother but one day, when he was 12, the police came and took him away from his parents.

Zachary was happy to be away from his abusive father, but missed his mother terribly, going to a bit of a depression when he found out she had died in her weak, emotional state.
Zack at age 13, developed manic depression, having episodes of extreme manic and depression. He was much more troublesome to handle when mania and depression hit him at the same time.

Having been in such an abusive and violent household, Zachary carried that out in his foster homes, severely injuring some of his 'siblings' and people in general that came close to him.

When it came to girls coming around Zack, he would pulled them aside and have his way with him. This was about age 17 and so on.

Extra:

The last incident, before being admitted to the Asylum, he tried to have his way with the girl next to his latest foster family. The girl fought, giving him a scar on his right cheek.

Zachary usually uses girls that stumble upon him when he feels the urge to release his energy. This is mostly when he is in a manic state.

Zack likes to injure others, seeing them in pain and takes pleasure in their screams. Also when in a manic state.

Becomes quiet and uninterested when having a depressive episode.
