Spent the last week or so working on this here and there. I'm beginning to realize how important setting a scene for a character is and how powerful it is. I'm still finding it difficult to make backgrounds and pick colors as well as finding consistency. I'm a big fan of thicker lines and I keep telling myself I'll draw with thicker lines but that never ends up being the case
it's hard translating a sketch into beautiful lines ~ another thing I'm in love with is texture, so I played with that plenty...Aziza doesn't like cold weather.

I totally understand the scene and background thing. I have yet to practice it and usually have no motivation to do so. I need to though.

In this piece the lineart just wouldn’t cooperate so it’s peeking out, and I struggled on this one for a while. I’m kind of liking the no lines thing
