I always though Phone Dude was some stoner in college who was obsessed with horror movies and always had the munchies. I picture him as a blond with basketball shorts and a "Monster" (The energy drink.) t-shirt.

I truly believe the reason he sounds so rushed on the last call is because he was smoking pot while on the phone and his boss walked in mid toke.
No one ever agrees with me on that.
