Description FINALLY! It has taken a lot of trial and error to make this lil fellar. I actually had to redo  the whole face at one point until I was happy with how he looked. I settled on this cheeky pose - Pika pulling a face while waving his tiny fingers    Nah Nah Nah-Nah Nah!

He's made from 100% Polymer Clay and stands just short of 1inch and a half tall.

I've also included Pika in my journal called Advanced Surgery Step-By-Step Pokemon Clay Figures It's about encountering difficulties and fixing them

You're very kind, thank you  . I was aiming for a face which made those who saw it smile and laugh It is challenging making the small pieces and Pika was a difficult figure to sculpt so I respect anyone who has attempted him

I think that it's great that you're doing your best with details, like sculpting his little fingers you have a lot of potential with polymer clay, I think that the change of brand we talked about is going to help you a lot. I'm sure you'll be a great clay sculpture in no time, you clearly have a great eye for volume, pose, and specially cute!

I love adding extra detail - it draws the eye and makes the piece more interesting. Thanks so much for your encouragement - when I finish a piece I find I've learned a lot but can also see the areas I need to improve on so fingers crossed I'll continue to get better. My new Fimo clay arrived today!! Looking forward to continuing my practice

Cool   glad you like him I like adding the details in clay rather than painting them on!

I agree, im just to lazy to work with small details cause i shake a lot with my hands so it makes it quite difficult hahaha.

I got my needle felting things btw!
BUT!!!
since im shaking a lot atm, im scared to start. That needle looks dangerous (shaky hands and a sharp pointy needle, no thx lmao)
But as soon as i have a "good" day ill get to work on the little piggy

That's brilliant your kit arrived. Sorry to hear you're not able to start using it yet but you are wise not to attempt until ready  Those needle pricks can be quite sore and go deep too    Just keep the fingers used to hold the wool well away from the needle. Felting the fine detail is normally where needle and finger collide so take care and good luck with mister    !
