Considering how wonderful your shading is everywhere else-- particularly in the face (the eyes are simply amazing), hair and scarf, which are very impressive-- the stark flatness of the shirt feels a bit jarring to me. It really flattens what would otherwise be a beautifully rendered figure drawing.
