Well i got permisson from stefanka (over at Neowin) to release this so here goes.If you need changes just replace the background image with your own - (larger sizes) i made this in 10minutes and will not be remaking the background 1600x1200 you can do that yourselves lol.
You will need logonstudio to apply this version and should the need be high enough i will make a logonui.exe version

how to install this thing? i already downloaded Logonstudio...but if i open the folder there are only bitmaps, one txt file, named THEME and a textdocument called UIFILE...so, what to do?

just copy it into the directory you installed logon studio - keep the files in a directory and then load up logonstudio - that simple

And anyway doesnt Logonstudio edit logonui.exe, so why cant you just sopy the logonui that it makes and distribute that???

Indeed, all you do is apply in logonstudio, and it creates logonuix.exe which is its way of keeping the xp as a backup. Logonstudio's logonuix.exe uses the same format as a normal logonui so you can just upload that file

Yeah but logonstudio sucks. Logon Loader works better and looks better and isnt tied down by all that stardock bull.

Guess I'll be the one to say 'Thanks for not compiling it into logonui.exe'
As I'm using a swedish version of Windows, I prefer having my own system files, swedish language and just replacing the resources.
