I pencil them in with lipliner to get them red. (I'm one of those lucky cosplayers with light eyebrows)

Even if you're not friends, the fact that you're able to stand beside them and actually steal the attention of the viewer is very impressive. Being a talented cosplayer isn't about who you know, it's about how well you shine in the spotlight.
