eh....I think the top half is a bit misplaced....
But overall, it's good. Makes ya wish they'd make a MMZ 5 with this character as Zero's successor. But not bringing his back, he went down in blazing glory, bringing him back from the dead just doesn't cut it.
I'm thinking a name.....Alpha?

Oh, I didn't mean to bring him back from the dead. Let's just say I wanted him to appear in an alternate dimension and he appeared to be in Bleach. In other words, like a concept of some sort. And yes... He went down in the most heroic sacrifice of all heroes could ever do. Just look at my signature ^^

Well, for starters, fix that slight misplacement of the upper waist area against the lower waist area, if you start looking at him from down to up he looks like your seeing half of him underwater and being distorted. Second, I'd keep the hair gray, I saw ur other work with his hair blonde, but it just doesn't feel right. Either that yellow goes a bit lighter or completely white, to give an "old" feeling (since he's about 200 years old, or something...).And finally, the sword. I think the Z-Sabre should be brought back, maybe a bit damaged or salvaged (like Cervau did with the Triple Rod, broke 1st time and he linked the bits into the Chain Rod then it broke again and he used small parts of the remainder of the rod to make the Tonfa-like Recoil Rod, then when that broke, he didn't have any more material to salvage it, so he made up the Z-Knuckle). What I'm saying is: salvage the Z-Sabre into something smaller, like Z-Glaive (those short swords Spartans used in ancient times). Everything else is perfect, no more underpants-over-pants effect of the old armour XD.

oh god, I'm sorry, it's called a "Gladius" not a Glaive, a Glaive is an Halberd-like weapon (kinda like the one Leviathan has).
It's Z-Gladius not Z-Glaive
