Description The Vampire known as Professor Blood is the main supervillain/antagonist to the super-heroine WASP, an OC which I created back in 2003-2004 (when I was 9-10 years old). Like the fellow villain DARK SHOCK (who draws some inspiration from Teen Titans' Slade Wilson, maybe better known as Deathstroke, albeit solely referred to as Slade in the particular version of 2003's animated show), the Teen Titans inspiration on this one is shamelessly apparent. That said, he also shares his duties as the principal of an academy for super-people (including a team of guys who protagonize BYDURAK, another take on my childhood's stories), but his true goal is to drink The WASP's blood, which he finds miraculous. The WASP's secret identity is Nina, his best student, and the best friend to the upbeat and popular Ann G. who is fellow superheroine AG Shell.  Eventually, their school closed, Blood went into hiding after his empire crumbled - he blamed international organs related to human rights' watch for it, as he had an inhumane treatment for alumni - but that wasn't the end for him.

Blood, whose actual name is Sebasian Bartosz, is aware of a lot of things from the past lore of BYDURAK's universe, but unfortunately, his staunch conservative, therefore hypocritical and illusory views get the best of him, as he fail to see some secrets which should be clear to him but aren't to anyone else. Instead of getting ahead of everyone, he ends up in the same level. His son, Klaus Neumann happens to be the WASP's deranged sidekick DELTA.

Blood/Sebastian Bartosz was sporadically reintroduced in later stories, but he ultimately paved the way for the eponymous character in my current story, IXIPTLA.
This digital painting was produced after a small sketch from an A6 size paper. I enjoyed working on this series of small-sized character illustrations, but it gives me the feeling I put more details than I should. Or perhaps I'm helplessly addicted to draw biomechanic, metallic, wrinkly fiends.
