well...lemme explain what the fuck is this
this one is an ice pick lobotomy to be exact, developed in 1945 by Walter Freeman, where they basically insert an orbitoclast through your eye socket to get to your frontal lobe and basically make it mush

but what I drew is the orbitoclast going in the wrong angle and just piercing the eyelid, the white dashed line being the original trajectory...get it...that's whhy it's FAILED lobotomy...

originally i was going to line this with a more gritty line brush but then i started adding more painterly details until I was like fUck it we painting...even tho i paint onCe eVeRy bLue mOOn
