At first glance I thought this photograph was a painting. The colours are so genuine and calming. The deep blues hold your eyes as the light purples soften the tones of the blues.
The whole concept of this photograph is breathtaking. The lighting is spot on, and adds a touch of serenity to it. This is by far one of my favorite macro flower shots. Not only is it calming, it is crisp and clean with a hint of integrity. (At least that is what I believe). The more you look into the photograph the more meanings begin to unfold before your eyes. Not many photographs can do that to me. Honesty. Purity. Tranquility. Those are the three words that sum up this photograph for me.

descriptions from time to time? I for one would love to know them all

that's a very good suggestion, and to tell you the truth I have thought about that, but the problems is that I don't know the names of ALL the flowers... but I think I will do that from now on (if I know their names)
