This is pretty good - I like your style.
You improved on it a bit, in terms of physical representation, and I like what you did with the background.
I still think, though (and it's more obvious here, because the other one's a bit sketchy) that some of it's a little out of proportion. Try using references, if you don't already, and if you do - Practice!
Some of your pencil sketches are really good, and I think with some practice, your digital works can improve dramatically!
Colouring this piece has really done it justice.
