Here's a short comic based on HBO Max removing Clarence again with no explanation or hidden sources telling us why and other shows CN shows got removed from their after.

Even though these shows are not on HBO max right now, they are still available in other places to stream such as Hulu, Vudu, Amazon, or even Itunes and thankfully, cartoon network isn't being forced to ignore these shows this is basically what David "Backslide" is doing in terms of putting some of warner's properties to other platforms to get more money.
