As May walked through the light forest, her footsteps were quiet on the winding path. Only the rustling of leaves and the chirping of birds broke the silence. Dawn's eyes met May's, and May could sense her friend's hesitation, but she trusted her friend and did as she was told. She gazed intently into the crystals that May held in front of her.
