Chandra is the leader of the Scholars, but only as of late. She hails from the undersea country of The Algaetide , having served in its honored military, and having left for unknown reasons. Chandra spent her entire life under the ocean, so she is easily impressed and fascinated by the simplest customs of the people of the land, let alone all of the strange vistas and mysterious exotic places that the world above the waves has to offer. She keeps a diary of all of her unique experiences, as well as her innermost thoughts.
As a fish, she would not normally be able to move effectively on land, so she uses her powerful Magnet Rise to explore on any terrain. However, she can't go without water for too long, or she will dry out.
