CAL-1B isn't one to keep many things private, he is quite unembarised with any asspect of his life. However when he joined the VULPINE team he grew close to Alonso (the winged figure depicted), who not only gave up DNA to create CAL, but also taught and trained him in the art of combat. Calib became almost like an younger brother to Alonso. When Alonso died during an attack on VULPINE headquarters CAL closed himself off to the group. However despite his loss CAL grew stronger and more able to protect those he loves, gaining what Alonso always referred to as a Warrior's Heart. He soon opened up to the team who undertood his thoughts and courage inspite of the situation. They soon felt CAL was ready to fill Alonso's place on the team. That place being the strategic brawn of combat. CAL now provides ground support for the team and works close with his father Iven learning to complexity of bio-science and robotics.
