this is as good as this picture will ever look. there's a whole face to it, but it sucks. I started painting a photo by *EvilxElf and just after I got done drawing the eye... WHAM. I forgot how to draw.so there's more drawn down there, but I'll be damned if any of you will ever see it.
the girl's got enchanting eyes though, you should rummage through her gallery cause this piece of crap doesn't do her justice.

uhg... the eyebrow is way too fake in this picture, I was never really happy with any of it.
drawing pretty things is hard. pretty girls are even harder. you should ask *Artgerm how he does it.

Just thought you'd like to know even though you may not think this is a good painting, I think it's amazing. Adding to this feeling is that it is an exact look alike of someone I know, she loved it too.

Well hm you're right, but I've only watched one, I'm not talking about the games.. it was the story about some kind of souls the girl had to capture or something. It was a long, long time ago.

This is amazingly beautiful. On the thumbnail and normal view, I thought it was a photo. I had to see the full view to be able to see the brushstrokes. You did a fantastic job on this, I bet if you reworked the rest when you're not so frustrated, it would turn out just as beautiful. Sometimes you have to walk away from a project for a while when it's not turning out right. Anyway, great job on this, I love it.

I agree. I would have been fooled if I hadn't full-viewed and seen the slight imperfections that give it a professional illustration look. It's good because you're so hard on yourself, but don't tear yourself down so much that you lose enthusiasm. That happened to me after I saw The Lion King on Broadway, but I'm better now.

I know, this is how I improve myself though. I have to find all the thigns I do wrong and not do them any more. I'm still optimistic for myself and my art, and occasionally I still like something I produce, but I need to rough myself up a bit for me to get better as an artist.

ooo, you did the eye really good! So now you gotta combine the nose of the other painting with this and then make a really nice pair of lips and ta-da you have a perfect amazing painting that everyone will have a jaw-dropping reaction to. I feel like you're improving, I like these feminine faces you're painting, you should continue; makes good practise too.
Oh and I also like how you did the freckles.

oh god no... if you could see the nose and the mouth "perfect" would be the last word coming from you. it's fantastic how if you don't like a part of your drawing, you can simply cut it out and call it good.
