Hiei will win. Suske wont even breath after it will begin.

Sasuke would win. the Sharingan is too OP. especially when it's gone Eternal, or even further to Rinnegan. Sasuke can see an opponents' movements by predicting their movements 3 seconds before the strike. Hiei's speed has become a non-factor. Susanoo is also a big 'fuck you'. And the Black Dragon is obviously the same thing as Amaterasu. but one thing Hiei can't do, is break the Tsukuyomi. Even though Sasuke's isn't as powerful as Itachi's, It's powerful.
Also, Hiei has two left hands, which would make it impossible for him to fight properly.

Sasuke's outmatched

perhaps you're right. but the Susanoo is a real tie breaker. and, if we want to get technical, Hiei is a demon. Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu are powers named after GODs, thus they are holy to some extent. now we have to think of Sasuke as a kind of Holy Avenger.
Hiei is arrogant. While Sasuke can easilly be manipulated by a smart adversary (or a 'master of puppets' like Obito), He would have the tactical advantage of this fight, identifying Hiei's arrogance, and using it to his advantage.
Hiei's destructive level can be larger than Sasuke's, but only with preparation. he has to be allowed to initiate an attack using the Dragon of Darkness Flame. and while Sasuke's Kirin also requires some time to fire up, he can do it while a battle ensues, he does not need to be stationary to start it. Not only that, but his Susanoo is instantaneous. and he can use it partially, as well as completely.
Sasuke outranks Hiei in range off the bat. He's got several meters (7 with chidori spear), while Hiei's natural range is only basic human-with-a-sword range.
Sasuke and Hiei are matched in speed.
Hiei beats Sasuke with natural durability, but Sasuke beats Hiei with Susanoo, and Sasuke, with the EMS, can use Susanoo constantly.
Hiei wins in lifting strength
Hiei wins in striking strength, but when you take into account Sasuke's snake-blade, and/or kusanagi blade, his sword will win, as it will go straight through Hiei, and his sword.
Sasuke wins in stamina.
Sasuke is more well equipped.
Sasuke wins in intelligence, as he almost always keeps his cool mid-battle, always analyzing his opponent for weaknesses.
overall, It's technically a tie, until you factor in their ultimate techniques. most of which we haven't seen on Sasuke's side, since his EMS was instated. but that Susanoo is a killer for this fight. Because of Sasuke's ability to nearly instantaneously initiate the Susanoo, as compared to Hiei's warm-up time for any special attack, Sasuke wins this fight.
and it's with great reluctance that i say this. I love Hiei. and i'm hoping Sasuke dies sometime soon (but it probably won't happen, because Sasuke is Masashi Kishimoto's favorite character.)

I think i know what Kishimoto'll do.
Sasuke'll look for a reason NOT to return to Konoha, but he'll no longer
have a reason to destroy it. Years will pass, and Naruto will take reigns as Hokage.
Sasuke will return, to finally cash in his fight with Naruto. "You're the one i want to fight"
he'd said to Naruto before. and he'll finally do it. they'll exchange philosophies,
Naruto trying to give him a reason to come back... and then, they'll fight, to determine.

Yeah, I can see that happening, I thought maybe Sasuke might take the remaining forces of Orochimaru and then form his own little country just for a place for them not necessarily a military force, but more of a Reservation type thing. Also I wonder if Naruto would be Gokage as in a Leader of five countries after all this they might combine villages.

I can imagine him growing up, and trying to use shadow clones
to do all the paperwork fast... then learning a lesson about
how using shadow clones to do paperwork ends in bad results,
and maturing from that experience enough to act responsibly.

negative. not really a sasuke fan. Sasuke's jutsu outclass Hiei's techniques, as most of them can be initiated instantly, as opposed to the fire-up time Hiei has.
also, you accidentally drew Hiei's right hand as a left. look closely. the thumb is on the wrong side.

Sasuke is as real Badass, Kishimoto may have been inspired by Hiei, to create Sasuke, are very similar, what do you think?

you don't read much, do you? he was inspired. the story was supposed
to be just Naruto and Sakura, and adventures! but his producers
told him he needed a rival for Naruto. So he watched all of HIS favorite
anime, and took inspiration for Sasuke and the Uchiha Clan from Hiei.

This would be an awesome fight, I think Hiei would win just out of the sheer speed advantage, but then again with Susanoo, maybe not.
