The ironic thing about this is that I'm fairly sure that the person who does Kisame's english dub is also the voice of Hajime Saito from RuroKen. XD

If I spelled it right, it means "Begin." XD Basically how they start formal fight matches in martial arts. It's how the examiner (his name escapes me, but it starts with an H) started each match at the Chuunin Exams.
