Firstly, I love the hair!

Ok, down to the review, I don't want to sound cruel but the head is slightly flat but that might just be your style, if so I do offend you I apologise. The overall picture looks beautiful, the lines could be a little bit straighter especially around the legs and skirt. Another thing is the alignment of the character from the top it veers to the right slightly, this can be pretty distracting to some viewers and can throw the pictures quality off. The facial expression could use a bit more work, maybe a smaller eye and the nose is a bit off I would recommend looking at yourself in the mirror or even just looking at pictures of real people to try and get a feel for the positioning.

Your pictures clothing looks lovely, the only issue I had with it was the fact it looked like you had coloured in the characters skin. The way real clothing works is it 'hangs off' of the body slightly, if you try to assimilate this into your drawing a bit more it will really help make the character look more realistic and the clothing look a bunch better. Trust me I have all these issues (and about a million more) and I'm positive with more practice your art will look spectacular, lastly with the clothes, I normally look up examples of how clothing creases.

Now, onto the huge amount of things you've done amazing on, the background looks amazing it almost looks like the stars are flower petals which for a more realistic picture it wouldn't have worked very well but for this, it looks crazy good. I still cannot get over how WONDERFUL the hair is, the transition from a neon pink to this blue almost purple colour is fantastic.

Overall your drawing is gorgeous and I'm sure the person who adopts it will think so too, I can't wait to see more of your lovely artwork.
