The fluid that secretes on the back of Chandire's head produces a bright, clean burning blaze that can be seen for over a mile away. The golden parts of its body are, contrary to first glance, simply a special type of extremely hard wax produced by Chandire. Despite the wax's hardness, however, Chandire is able to move about just fine. It's hands are large, hook-like claws. Using these hooks, Chandire have been seen scaling large rock formations in order to steal eggs from the nests of pokemon such as Fearow.
