Description
This stamp was a pain to animate. I use Photoshop Elements 13, and its animation tools are fairly primitive compared to CS and CC. Because of that, I had to scrap the idea of having the clouds scroll across the length of the stamp, because that would take way too long to animate. By the time I realized that, I was already a good ways in making the frames!
