Cselkcess was how it was spelled in the manga. I guess to make it phonetic, the anime spelled it Xerxes on the map.

Actually, seeing as that is a link to a scanlation, I would not be surprised if the manga was wrong as well. I don't believe the Anime creators would mess up that horribly, especially since there is no valid representative character for the letter X in Katakana, Hiragana, NOR Kanji.
