Wow, that is absolutely amazing for your first ACEO! 
I absolutely ADORE the fluffy fur textures and Star's pose. The little feet are especially well done, and I love all of the details in them. And his expression makes me smile, too. He looks so happy! You did a fantastic job with the anatomy, especially since you chose what I would consider a very difficult pose to draw.
The background fits perfectly, too! I think that the blue complements him nicely... and it's also my favourite colour.

You don't have to laminate it if you don't want. I have these little collector card slips that I put all of my cards in for protection, like baseball card holders. So it's no problem if they aren't laminated.
