I think I May know why Toei isn't bothering with the Adult Form anymore. I think because of how this Super Sentai has an actual Kid Ranger among their team that it's become a smash hit with everybody! And if they had him go Adult, then he'd just lose his uniqueness! But perhaps the Adult Form should be in Kyuranger Returns as Kotaro in the distant future! A rather Nice Easter Egg on that!

I think what's going of happen is that he'll be a fully grown adult when he returns from his training, and so the ranger form on the right will end up becoming his new default form.
