For *Jrynkows fancy party collab.

I finally designed a new dress for Serenity. I didn't like the original one that I made.

Anyways, I didn't shade/highlight, add WW Style texture, or add a BG because:
-She didn't ask for a BG. Only for a plain white BG or transparent BG.
- I didn't shade or add textures because I figured she would have to see the colors more clear.

Hope this is acceptable!
