The Shantae games have some very memorable characters and Ammo Barons top goons are no exception. Twitch and Vinegar have instantly recognizable designs and they look like they're ready to blow something up. The poses given to the characters look really good and I really like their expressions.
Since the characters are the main focus, I can see why there is no need for a real background; a grey setting makes these two stand out. The shadows give Twitch and Vinegar more depth and really sell the three dimensional look. With these two walking around, i know I'd want to stay out of their way. Very well done.

Yep, but due to an error they were not mentioned by name. I think Ammo Baron was supposed to mention their names, but something happened and the two girls were never referred to by their names in the game.
