Description So, while I was waiting on my vials to come in, I played with polymer clay. Not only did I make my little treasure chests, but I tried with some miniature wand pendants too. I'm not entirely sure how it's going. My boyfriend really urged me to go with the polymer clay route, rather than wire wrapping stones onto wood.

This is my second polymer clay wand pendant, and I like it a lot better than the first I did (you can see it, and my one attempt at wrapping copper wire around holly wood and quartz crystal on my blog [link] ).

This one has an Egyptian theme, with a thin black shaft dusted with a little antiqued copper coloring. Both ends are sculpted and grooved and painted with a stronger antiqued copper paint. Both ends are then ended with polymer clay spheres painted to look like "an egyptian stone" with a deep blue-green coloration with white and blue vains. It's finished off with a copper wire loop on the end and a six-sided quartz crystal spear on the end.

I've been toying with the idea of putting it up in my etsy shop, to see if it'll sell; but I'm not quite sure. I know if I list it, it'll be in the cheapie $5-$10 range.

Thoughts welcome!

I quite like it! I can see them selling. (and also think you're undercharging for the work that must have gone into it, but that's another story). I may be in the minority, but I actually really really really like your first polymer wand It definitely is simple, but I think that's what I love about it.
