It is a 15 x 10 mm pear shaped Amethyst in sterling silver on a 19" sterling silver chain with 2 sterling silver rose bud flourishes and a large magnetic clasp ('cause she has arthritis in her fingers).

I will not ever make another necklace like this. I want hers to be one of a kind.
