I'm trying out a new bottle shape - I only got 2, because the heart shaped vials never went over well, and these different shapes do cost a little more to get than my standards. But, I thought I'd play with it and see how it goes, and if people like them, I'll get more.I'm also loving these "Eternal Flowers" - and it's been a pretty wet and overcast spring so far in NYC, so I've been needing some extra solar energies.
Like the other vials, this one is full of Sunstone for solar energies, strength, and stamina, and this one is mixed with some Citrine for success, luck, and joy. These are blended in neutral oil base with the "eternal flower" for its connection to the sun and longevity.
This vial is finished with a coil of brass wire, sealed with a glued-in cork, and hung on a brown cotton sliding cord.

I tried that back in the early early days, but you either use a strong perfume oil, and it damages the plant components, or you use a perfume infused oil (like rose oil or lavender oil) and its safe, but you really can't smell it.
I've done some custom orders where I leave out the plant component, fill it with a very strong scented oil, and then you can use it as a car air freshener. Then sun can heat the oil to the point where it evaporates through the cork.

A lot of people do put plastics and polymers in their decorative vials, I do not put artificial/fake things in mine, because they are made with meaning and energies.
