Character from the 9th installment of Juraj Červenák's historical detective series Captain Stein and Notary Barbarič.You might be perplexed by the letter H on the woman's cheek. It means she was branded for unlicensed prostitution. And then exiled from her town. Now she lives in abandoned rural settlement near Trnava (consequences of Ottoman raids) as a member of an outlaw gang. She is sassy and without shame and can assess a situation pretty well.
