Description A wip of my Elsa drawing. I have so far used prismacolor colored pencils and copic markers, but I'm planning on using watercolor later on and possibly white gel pen.

Hope you like it so far!

do you just layer the different markers and pencils? x

For the shading? Yep! I used copic markers, started with the lightest shade and moved into the darkest. Occasionally I went back with a lighter shade to blend in a darker shade. For the skin I used the "cool shadow" marker, BG10, for the darkest shadows, then started with the darkest colors and moved into the lightest of the pale peach skin tones. But you could say yes, it's mostly layering. Does this help?
