No, they aren't. Pansexuality is the sexual attraction to all genders, while Bisexuality is the sexual attraction to any two genders, more commonly the male and female genders. Agender is a gender! A human can choose to define as at gender they feel like. I was born female, but have more masculine body structure. Activities shouldn't be labelled as 'Masculine' or 'Feminine'. I don't feel like I am male, but don't entirely fit the female side either, so I decided to be agender. There is nothing wrong with it! Also, I mean genderophobia. You seem to fit the definition quite well. This is the urban dictionary definition:
