Mmm, it looks like someone slapped her really hard, she was thrown to the ground, or something else. I would say rape but her panties are still on and stuff. It's actually pretty hard to figure out what happened in this one.

It's a symbolic sort of tie with this, since she has freedom fleeting and brief from the curtain window, and how there's an indication of wind, inciting the chance to fly and move outside to be free, but Kat is stuck, on the ground, feeling low and down. She's about to cry, looking weary and not wanting to get back up, but there's always a true reason to, that It'll be okay, you can always pick yourself up again

Haha, it's more of a symbolic reference, for instance how everything ties in; the way she's sitting on the ground, feeling down, about to cry, but as the title says, It'll be okay, that no matter what bad is going on in your life, things can get better, that we can all fix things along the road, and we can't just fall down and never get back up, we can find the strength to walk and get up again.
